How to Cook a Chicken Curry

- 1kg Dressed country Chicken (Traditional Style)
- 3 Onions Medium Size
- Green Chillis 3
- Red Chilli Powder 5 Tea Spoons
- Turmeric Powder ½ Tea Spoon
- 5 Tea Spoons of Oil
- 2 spoons fo Ginger Garlic paste
- coriander leaves of 2-3 plants
Ingredients for Masala Paste :
- 50gms of Copra (Dry Coconut)
- Cloves 5 in number
- Cardamom 2 (Elaichi)
- ½ inch piece of Cinnamon (Dalchini)
- 4 spoons of coriander seeds
Put all above items in a small jar and add some water to get a smooth paste.
1 Step : Light the stove, then put the cooking vessel on the stove. pour the oil in the vessel, let it be heated for ½ minute. add onions nice chopped.
2 Step : Onions turns brown, add ginger garlic paste, green chillis.
3 Step : Add Country chicken and mix it thoroughly. then cook it for 3 minutes.
4 Step : After 3 minutes cook add chilli powder, turmeric, and salt. then mix it so as to all the ingredients properly applied to the chicken.
5 Step : to that mixture add some water and cook it for 10 minutes on high flame thereafter add the paste of masala cook it for 10 minutes on low flame.
6 Step : Finally chopped coriander leaves before stop the stove. now tastiest country chicken is ready. Take this curry in white rice or coconut rice. and enjoy the dish.
