Broad Beans Curry
Broad (Local) beans are mostly available in winter. tasty curries can be prepaid by this broad beans.It got lot health benefits also, like Enhance immunity, Anemia prevention, Prevents cancer, Prevents osteoporosis, Improves sleep. one of the tastiest curries is prepaid here below.
- ¼ kg Broad Beans
- 2 tomatoes
- two green chillis
- 2 onions
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- ½ teaspoon coriander powder
- ½ spoon cumin (jeera) powder
- ½ spoon turmeric powder
- Taste to salt
- 3 spoon oil
1 Step : chop the onions, tomatoes, and green chilis. and clean the broad beans and make it minimum two pieces.
2 Step : Put cooking vessel on stove and light it. then add some oil in it. after heating the oil, then add onion into it. fry the onions till it turns brown.
3 Step : Add green chillis and tomatoes. cook it for two minutes. thereafter add broad (local) beans. cook it for 5 minutes under low flame.
4 Step : Add chilli powder, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, half teaspoon coriander powder, ½ spoon cumin (jeera) powder, ½ spoon turmeric powder, Taste to salt. and mix it thoroughly.
5 Step : Pour some water and cook it for 10 minutes. finally, add chopped coriander leafs. and ready to serve. it can be served with rice or roti.
